IFETAOFIC STUDIO — TRANSIT & CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE POLICY

1. UK & INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT

All original works within the ADUN Showcase and other studio artwork collections are shipped directly from the artist's studio handling center in Nigeria to our United Kingdom delivery network. We utilize premium international couriers (DHL Express / FedEx) with custom, white-glove packaging parameters to ensure absolute preservation of ink calligraphy and canvas elements.

2. LEGAL CUSTOMS & IMPORTATION FRAMEWORK

- Temporary Exhibition Importation: Original works entering the UK for showcases, art residency previews, or portfolio tracking are imported legally under strict UK Customs Temporary Admission (TA) procedures. This legally suspends standard import duties and VAT at the border.

- Acquisition & Domestic Release: If an original canvas is acquired digitally while physically located within the UK, our management team executes an official customs amendment to discharge the item for domestic consumption. The statutory reduced 5% UK Import VAT will be processed out of the cleared acquisition funds prior to final residential white-glove hand-off.

- Delivery Times: Standard print delivery occurs within 5–10 business days. Original canvas deliveries are coordinated individually by the UK Representative.
