This website is operated by Ifetaofic Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ifetaofic Studio. We provide international art representation, sales, and cultural collection allocations under the exclusive management of our United Kingdom representation. By accessing our site or purchasing from our unseen vault, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. GLOBAL ART ACQUISITIONS & COMMISSION STRUCTURE

All physical original artworks listed on this platform are highly unique contemporary fine art assets executed by living artist Adeyinka Ifeoluwapo Abimbola.

- Prices are standardized in British Pounds (GBP £) to coordinate seamlessly with our UK gallery operations.

- Direct private collector transactions are managed securely under exclusive UK representation agreements.

- We reserve the right to refuse or limit the sale of any original artwork to any person or geographic region to preserve the provenance and integrity of the collection.

3. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with cultural assets or logistics services shall be interpreted and governed with consideration of the applicable laws of the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
